Rogue Valley Veterans and Community Outreach (RVVCO) formally known as ICC, is a combined effort of many churches, along with local and state human resource organizations. We are a faith-based organization that has served in Jackson County since 1979. Our focus is to bring human resources and community needs together providing essential and emergency services as a “safety net” to those who are in need.
People who are homeless are most often unable to acquire and maintain housing. In 2002, research showed that children and families were the largest growing segment of the homeless population in the United States. This has presented new challenges to the agencies that are in service to the community.
- Respectful of those in need
- Active community building through collaboration and cooperation
- Cost Effectiveness
- Belief that every person has the God-given right to work toward their highest potential.
